Shipping and Pricing

All prices displayed on this website include GST and transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please allow 24-48 hours from clearing of payment for delivery.

We charge a flat rate of AUD $10.00 for every order within Australia only. We use star track express, we will not deliver to a P.O box address, parcel must be signed at point of drop of. Insurance is not offered and damaged parcels will need to be processed through our warranties procedure. For overseas orders please contact our Australia or our UK office direct.

Security Policy

When purchasing from LED Technologies your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Warranty Policy

Generation II products have a lifetime warranty. We consider 20 years to be the lifetime of a trailer.

  • Automotive products have a 5 year warranty, MaXilamp series have a 7 year warranty.
  • Interior and courtesy lamps have a 3 year warranty.
  • Commercial lighting lamps have a 1 year warranty.

This warranty covers faults in components and workmanship of the lamp itself when used under normal conditions and does not cover:

  • Faulty installation
  • Over voltage
  • Accidental damage
  • Excessive heat damage
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Freight charges
  • Cost of labour for removal and/or replacement of product
  • Product damage from exposure to chemicals as per Chemical Resistance List.

All warranty returns must be tested off the vehicle to ensure that the unit is at fault. This can be done by simply attaching the lamps to a fully charged 12 volt battery. Do not replace any products unless you are 100% sure that the product which is faulty will be covered under warranty.

If the unit is faulty, call your place of purchase so it can be directed to the LED Technologies warranty department for full testing and evaluation.

Note: Most of our rear lamp assemblies are designed so that if one insert is damaged it can be replaced easily without replacing the complete light assembly; only return the faulty insert and not the entire assembly. Any product that is returned for a credit and not as a warranty claim, must be in a condition that enables it to be sold. The packaging must not be opened, sun damaged, UV faded or tampered with.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do

LED Technologies is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that’s all. LED Technologies uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from LED Technolgogies only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its “IP address,” and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer’s IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous. We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.
